At Safe Haven, we believe true recovery begins with Jesus. Every woman who walks through our doors steps into a yearlong journey of renewal—body, mind, and spirit. This is more than a program; it’s a pathway to freedom.

Residents begin their journey with a 30-day blackout period—a time set apart to rest, reset, and focus on the Lord without outside distractions.
During these first weeks, we help each woman take important practical steps forward: obtaining vital documents like an ID, birth certificate, and Social Security card, receiving medical and dental care, and beginning to rebuild a foundation for stability.

Each day at Safe Haven is shaped by God’s Word. Through Bible study, worship, and discipleship, women come to know who God is—and who they are in Him. This spiritual grounding brings lasting transformation, empowering them to live as redeemed daughters of the King.
“If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” — John 8:36

Faith meets action as residents learn to live responsibly and independently. With support and guidance, they:

Healing isn’t just about personal growth—it’s about reconciliation. As women rebuild their lives, they also work toward mending relationships with their families, children, and communities. Through mentoring, counseling, and accountability, they learn to set healthy boundaries, communicate truthfully, and nurture relationships rooted in God’s love.

Every success story at Safe Haven begins and ends with Jesus. He is the source of our hope, the strength behind every milestone, and the reason freedom is possible.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, she is a new creation; the old has gone, the new is here.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17
